As Your Agent, I Will:

  • Run a comprehensive market analysis - This will show your home's potential value to comparable homes, recently sold and currently for sale, in your immediate neighborhood or the closest proximity.
  • Show you my Marketing Plan - This is a comprehensive plan detailing all the efforts I will employ to sell your home, including Internet and local media.
  • Discuss tips to increase your home's value - Give you tips on "How to prepare your Home for Today's Market". Share valuable money saving ideas which can help increase the value of your home. I will show you how staging your home and giving it curb appeal will increase the chances of you getting the highest possible price.
  • Set a Sales Price - It is very important that you agree to the sales price of your home and discuss the time frame in which it is to be sold.
  • Review all Documents - There are many documents required in the sale and purchase of a home. You will know the purpose of each document you sign.
  • Take Photos for advertising - I will take a number of photos and go over them for your approval. These photos will be used on the MLS and in all other advertising issued to promote the sale of your home.
  • Hold an Open House - I will present your home to as many qualified buyers as possible and as often as possible to get your home maximum exposure.
  • Hold Discussion & Review sessions - I will meet with you to discuss the activity on your property and inform you of your options on a regular basis throughout the contract term.
  • Present all offers to you - I will verify that all potential buyers are pre-qualified and assist you in negotiating the best deal to satisfy your needs.
  • Be at the Closing - I will be present at your closing to answer any final questions and make sure there are no lose ends and, if so, take care of any final details immediately.
  • Help you find your next home - I will discuss your needs and wants in your next home and show you homes which will meet or exceed your criteria.
